However, if buyers are looking for a home under $300K, there are not many available to them.  The city’s various amenities, including stadium, sports arenas, casinos, shopping centers, and outdoor activities attract lots of visitors and home buyers. Inventory is up, so are prices as interest rates fall.  Experts are predicting that home prices will begin to climb slightly more in the coming year, but they caution against the expectation of a steep drop.
